The space is nice, could appear cleaner and neater because the equipment and setup is nice. But the cleanliness does not match the space. The lady that was there was okay, but didn’t come off as pleasant or look the part either. You know like a spa/beauty professional. Her hair or wig looked unkempt, makeup was messy and she was very short with us which was slightly off-putting being that it was my teenage daughter’s first time getting this treatment done. She didn’t explain anything to her or talk her through it, so thankfully I was there to explain everything to her and comfort her through the process. She did do a good job but my daughters eyebrows were a little uneven and we asked it to be slightly lightened and blended and she seemingly didn’t care to appease us by doing so and instead said they would lighten up gradually over time (which I know already) but we wanted what we wanted TODAY. Her birthday is in a couple days. However, the prices are very good, I just wish the service matched.

I didn’t caught the name of the nice woman that threaded my brows . But she was fast and left my brows looking so refreshed! In and out in about 5 mins . Let me not forget to mention the prices are great !!
