Thank you for a lovely experience. I haven't been to a hair salon for years so I was a little nervous in what to expect. Angel explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy throughout the process. I was made to feel very welcome from all the girls there. Even when I had an issue with my card at the time of paying they were so lovely. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning. Thank you x

I absolutely loved my hair, which was done by Lilly—she did an amazing job bringing my vision to life and kept up great conversation throughout the appointment. The salon’s hospitality was outstanding; every team member, from the moment I walked in until I left, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drinks were an unexpected and thoughtful touch, and definitely set this experience apart from typical salon visits. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is because I had requested a private room due to being a hijabi and was charged extra for this, which I would have appreciated being informed about beforehand. Aside from that, it was an amazing experience. Thank you—I would happily visit again.

I took my daughter to have a balayage and cut and blow dry. The results are amazing and the service was very attentive and very friendly, with an inviting and warm atmosphere. The salon is very clean and beautifully furnished. My daughter had a head massage and there is even a hot and cold drinks menu, with mocktails! My daughter doesn't enjoy going to the hairdressers but with Luxe she was able to relax and enjoy the whole experience. We will definitely be rebooking more appointments and if you want to feel pampered I recommend Luxe Hair Bar 💯 per cent 😀.

I had my hair done today for the first time at Luxe and it was amazing! I had Nicola and I love the way my hair looks. I had a wash, cut and blow dry and will definitely becoming coming back :)
