Customer Reviews for Luxe Nails Salon - Shelbyville, KY
Jamie Sparks — 5/5 (via Google)
I took my mom here to get her nails done for Mother's Day. To say she loved it was an understatement. It's a simple environment with nothing too flashy going on, but everyone was very friendly and professional. Dung was her tech, and she said he had a pretty gentle hand during the process. That matters to her because she has arthritis. Overall I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

So I had went to this nail salon for the first time & I ended up getting a grinch design for Christmas, but after I left the salon I really didn't like how they turned out at all & everyone I showed them to didn't like them either so I was pretty upset & didn't no how I was going to get them fixed but Kelly the girl that did my nails told me to just come back in & I went back in a couple days later & Kelly redid them for me, free of charge & we went with a different Christmas design & they turned out really cute I love them!!! She did a great job & she was very sweet both times I went in & I will definitely go back again for another set!!!!

Brought my newly 3 year old in to get her toes done and the lady was super sweet and patient with her! Everyone we saw (my mom, my toddler, myself) was super nice! Walked in on a Sunday without an appointment and got seen quickly! Our nails looked great!
Melanie Robinson — 5/5 (via Google)
Yall! This nail salon is top notch! Hands down THE BEST place we've ever been. Truly. My daughter and I have been other places and have had awful experiences. We come back here and they fix our nails every time. Weve learned our lesson --this is the place for us!😊 Every nail tech here is fabulous. So kind. So knowledgeable and really seem to love their job. Thank you Luxe Nails for being a place we can always count on!
