First time trying LN&S after trying the other salon in the same shopping center. (My nails from there were just okay. Very thick, bumpy, and I had to reshape them at home.) By contrast, these are pretty close to perfect. I’m very pleased. All staff were super friendly, and genuinely so. Ann was fantastic. She asked me every step of the way if I was happy with shape, thickness, etc. When I was finished she took to the time to take me on a tour of the shop plants, as I had mentioned my enthusiasm for houseplants. If the nails stand up to the rigors of my daily activities, this will definitely be my new spot.

This place is so professional and the staff is so nice and welcoming. They ask right away if you would like something to drink and have a variety of beverages. They make sure you are happy and have always been pleasant to deal with. The best pedicures! They also fixed the nail problem I had from another salon I visited with a friend. Thank you so much. Love my toes!
