UPDATED: I went back today as they had started chipping already, and they were so incredible helpful. Vivianne did my manicure today and was so thorough, kind, and affirming. They really did do business the right way, and made no excuses. Thank you, Vivianne and staff! I will be back. :) I’ve been here a couple of times and have had mixed experiences. The first time, I loved the technician who did my nails and she did a great job helping me find the right color and my nails turned out perfect. Today, the technician was somewhat rude and my nails did not turn out great. Unfortunately I did not get either of their names. She swatted my hand away at one point. I like the color I got, but I am unhappy with the application. The nails are lumpy and uneven, and she hurt me filing several times. I would come back given I’ve had a good experience before, but just be aware it may not always be a consistent experience.

Ask for Natalie :) This is a very therapeutic, calm, relaxing atmosphere!! Natalie does the best designs but everyone is great! It took 1 minute to get an appointment scheduled and it was the same day availability! The prices are great and affordable and they also do kids nails! 🥰

I was recommended to Natalie by one of my good friends with always perfect nails & im so glad she didn’t gatekeep because Natalie is a star of Nashville. She deserves an award for how wonderful she is at her craft. She’s a true artist and she’s the first and only nail technician in Nashville that has given me quality nails that truly last! Can not rave about her enough!

Love coming here with all my girlfriends! Anthony is wonderful! Vivian is also amazing! The staff is so kind and the facility is so clean! Definitely recommend!
