If you are looking for a top-tier salon experience in Ocala, Luxury Nails is the place to go, specifically with Lyn. I’ve visited many salons, but the level of detail and care provided here is unmatched. I recently had a full suite of services, including waxing and tinting, and the results were beautiful and precise. What really sets the experience apart, however, is the foot and calf massage—it was truly otherworldly and incredibly relaxing. For my manicure, Lyn demonstrated impressive skill in shaping a proper almond nail, which can be difficult to find. We used the new Zen Gel, and I am a total convert. It feels amazingly light and clean on the nail while maintaining a high-end, polished look. The salon itself is clean, professional, and welcoming. I’ve already committed to returning to see Lyn every month. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality craftsmanship and a luxurious atmosphere!

Update I wanted to update my experience with Luxury Nails. After reaching out to let them know I wasn’t happy with how my pedicure turned out, they were truly understanding and professional about it. Both the owner and the salon manager personally contacted me to make things right, offering either a refund or to fix my nails free of charge. I decided to let them fix them, and I’m really happy I did — they took their time, were very polite and respectful, and made sure I left satisfied. I really appreciate that they cared enough to listen and correct the issue. It shows great customer service and integrity.
