Lovely salon, Piper did my balayage fantastically and the other staff were very friendly throughout! Highly recommend, i have no pics of my hair without the pins but the colour and blow dry were both the best ever :)

A lovely salon! I had a fantastic experience with Emilee, who listened carefully to the cut and style I wanted to achieve and executed it perfectly. She finished off with one of the best blowdries I have ever had. Emilee is also lovely and personable and her experience shines through her work - she made me feel very comfortable from start to finish!

I’m utterly stunned with my hair results. Emilee worked a miracle on my brassy & outgrown blond locks! I’ve been looking for a salon in Bishops Stortford on and off over the last 3 years and I finally gave M Salon a go. I visited for a treatment and consultation to break the ice with a stylist and see how I felt in the environment. I felt comfortable and at ease, so booked in my follow up appt which truly was a full works situation, with outgrown blonde (brassy & yellow) highlights, and dry/brittle ends. When I arrived, I let Emilee know I’m quite nervous after a poor experience elsewhere a good 5 years ago and I would prefer that we took things slow and that she over communicated throughout the process, what’s involved, and be direct in managing my expectations with results. Emilee was amazing and really put me at ease by saying “we’re both new to each other and we can take it slow it together” and thanked me for letting her know. The service and experience Emilee offered was exceptional. I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge of blonde damaged hair, products, and what was achievable. The end result is just stunning and I’m so happy with how it’s turned out. I finally feel in love with my long luscious locks again and can’t wait to come back for my next visit. Overall, all of the girls who work there who I met are lovely and welcoming. It can often feel intimidating going into a salon, especially when your hair is in dyer need of a refresh, but I didn’t feel that here. Verity is also a lovely and I enjoyed chatting with her whilst she washed my hair. Thank you Emilee & M Salon Team!
