SERVICE: Stellar. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and sincere and I had such a wonderful time there. Scott offered me a coffee and made it for me during both of my visits, and I was also provided with water (served in a chilled highball glass! The details!). Additionally, they worked with me to get the best price for what I was looking for and make sure it still looked good when my paycheck was late the day of my appointment. They really go above and beyond and it seems second nature to the staff. PRODUCT: Also very high quality. They managed to lighten my hair 5 levels in one session without causing it excessive damage. It was still smooth and silky when they were done. The color I got is very vibrant and was applied really well. I also appreciate how excited the staff were about the color! VIBES: Excellent. Everyone was kind to each other and Scott gave the hairdressers lots of praise and genuinely listened to them. This is clearly a very positive and healthy work environment and it's a wonderful place to be as a customer, as well. I wish I could give 10/5 stars!

Amy is the best! The best hairstylist I have ever seen, the best hair salon I have ever been in Utah. Wherever I went, I always asked for a specific thing but would come out totally different and disappointed. Over here, Amy not only asked me what I wanted but made sure i achieved that exact same look. I’m so happy I was able to find this place. This will be my go to salon any day any time! Although it’s a bit far from where I live, but that drive is totally worth it. I have never been so happier and so satisfied with my hair. Thank you soo much Amy. Can’t wait to see you again.

He spent extra time to give a thorough tutorial and make sure that I could care for my new look at home, and his studio is filled with fascinating people and history: I enjoyed the conversation as much as the brilliant service. I have never made time to write a review, but this salon deserves it 2000%. Where to even start! Every detail was incredible at M. Scott Salon. I had an uncommon request for them and Melanie and Scott were so hopeful and ready to take on the challenge for me. So I had recently gotten married and forgot to pack a brush for afterwards, including the honeymoon. My entire wedding braid updo turned into a matted dread with hair creating spiderweb like knots all over my scalp so there was no way to just cut it out - unless I wanted to be bald. I went to a different shop before and after an hour they advised me to just work it out on my own, but being out of my vision it was very hard. I went to M. Scott Salon and I will never go anywhere else. They were all in and were dedicated to not just helping, but finishing the project. Melanie, thank you for your time and dedication and top of the line skill; you are amazing. Scott, thank you for helping with my hair in between all of your other appointments and even staying very late to get it done. Steve, you walked into our crazy hair situation and helped as well! To whoever is wondering if they should trust putting their hair in the hands of M Scott Salon, you most definitely can, and are crazy if you don’t. You cannot go wrong with any of the stylists. They are all incredible and even if your request was as odd as mine to get a matted dread out, they will be fully committed and will make you feel at home in the process. My hair feels amazing and I am so grateful for M. Scott Salon.
