I had a great experience! I wear my nails natural and cut short. Typically I do a gel manicure and regular pedicure anywhere I go. Being new to the area from NYC, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was a late afternoon walk in. The person who took care of me was great. Took their time with my pediure (not an easy task for my breaking out of winter pedi). A real massage ‐ not that glide my hands up and down without getting below the surface, they got to my muscle 😉. My feet looked brand new and my hands were neat. I felt welcomed. Casual chat and a few chuckles. Other folks in the salon seemed pleased as well. I closed the day with them as their last customer and did not feel rushed. My 1 star reduction is for 2 things - 1- some small inconsistencies with quality of the work, but when I've had an incident where gel began peeling within 48 hours they fixed it up plus a broken nail repair no fuss, no charge. 2- a warm welcome and ask about what you need upon entering could make a huge difference in a costumer experience. I experienced and noticed that even after saying "thank you" you may not get a "your welcome". Those things are the differentiator with me going for convenience (a short walk from home) or fire when it wasn't a reliable, know it's gonna last service & high service pampering. We've of the day, descent value for the fair prices.

Such a nice experience I have fragile nails and I appreciate how gentle he was with the drill. Was super quick. I came early so I didn’t wait long. I would 100% recommend!

I was so satisfied when I walked in there it was really clean It was really nice people there they will explain what you want and if you show them a picture how you like your nails they were doing exactly like that I was really surprise my nails really came out how I want it really good service and really worth it happy face with really joy🤗😃🤗💅
