Every year we travel to the Gatlinburg area for vacation and every year whe get a tattoo at The Mad Tatter. Our tattoos have ALWAYS been perfect!! I can't sing the praises loud enough for the gorgeous work Cooper does and for the Customer Service Rose provides.

My fiance and I walked in a couple days ago to get our first tattoos. We had previously spoken to another shop in town who had quoted us less, but we decided to come here because it was clear to us that the quality would be much better. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were even able to help us out right away. Tyler did my tattoo and Rich did my fiance's. Tyler did an excellent job with my simple design. Super clean lines and really took the time to make sure the placement was perfect. While the price was more than the other shop, I thought that price was very fair for the quality we received. We're both extremely happy with their work.

We stopped by in late July while we were visiting the Smoky Mountains in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary. My wife and I were interested in getting couples tattoos. Our first impressions were great. Very clean studio, friendly faces, and most importantly, not intimidating at all. This was going to our first tattoos for both of us so we were very nervous. Tyler was just finishing up and offered to help us. We had a general Idea what we wanted and he saw our vision and captured it perfectly. We love our designs and are thrilled about our decision to stop by. Thanks to Tyler and Mad Tatter Studios, we will have this art to remember our trip forever and also to commemorate 10 years of marriage. Thanks Tyler and the rest of the Crew for making us feel welcomed!

I got my first tattoo here today and it turned out awesome! Martin was professional and worked in a comfortable atmosphere. It was a simple tattoo that only took about 10 minutes including processing my paper work and getting the equipment prepared. The pricing was more than fair and Martin even told my boyfriend and I what to lookout for in the future to ensure we are going to safe and professional shops. The entire experience was wonderful and I will be back if I get the chance! Thank you!!
