I love this location in Lincoln Park! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, especially the colorists. The salon is very clean, and I absolutely love my color—they used 7N Avella light brown and it came out perfect. The consultation was great and made me feel confident the whole time. The receptionist at the front desk is so sweet, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She answered all my questions with kindness and patience. Thank you so much!

Everything was great. I was extremely satisfied with the color and customer service. The only downer was the atmosphere a customer created during my visit. While I was waiting to be seated a customer there made me feel uncomfortable while I was having a conversation with the staff about a new product. I wasn't sure if she was gay and wanted to hit on me or if she was upset over something else. Regardless of that, having a stranger stare at you is uncomfortable. It's possible that your customer always has RBF going on. TBH, it felt like she was giving me that stink face because I was speaking in Spanish (I love that your staff is bilingual ❤️). I say that because as soon as I started to speak in English she walked away. Doesn't matter though. My point is that she made me feel uncomfortable. Awkward... Later while the color was processing the SAME customer kinda gave me a headache. So much for having "me time". That customer was ranting about the prices we need to pay for your membership, the blow out, cost of the blow out, and then about the weather to the staff while checking out. Ummm... how the weather was going to ruin her hair is out of your staff's control 😆. What a kill joy. I actually butted in and suggested that she cover her hair in hopes she would quite down. It worked. She shut up after and left 😆 I applaud you staff for being so friendly and choosing to be kind during that interaction instead of arguing. Please note, I was seated next to the front desk and had no choice but to hear her complaining. Therefore, I had no option but to hear the unnecessary complaining. Yes, your Lincoln park staff has a real Karen on their hands. They need a raise or some type of recognition for dealing with someone like that. I really hope that was a one time occurrence. Otherwise your staff will have to schedule me when that customer is not scheduled for a service. Besides that everything was great 🙂
