There is a weekday promo for first time clients, Monday-Wednesday. I was able to make same day appointment (Monday) online. You are able to add services as needed. All prices are posted. I had grey roots and uneven color due to at home coloring (I’m sure). When I arrived, I was greeted by lady who checked me in and seated me at the bar. Then my colorist Jennifer arrived with a tablet to gather information and show me examples of the color results I wanted. She prepared tint and applied, approximately 40 minutes. Then timed for 35 minutes. When time was up, a different lady came to get me to wash my hair. I then towel dried my own hair and needed to use their blow dryer and product (they provide) before I left. Total was $124.86 includes tip for all over coloring. I am very pleased with my visit and results.

This was my first experience going to a Madison Reed Color Bar. This was a very ideal situation for me. From walking through the door and the initial greeting I received from the gentleman, the offer for water, tea, being seated and then having the colorist (Crystal) come over and ask me what color I wanted. I knew I wanted all of my hair colored red but wasn’t sure if I wanted permanent or demi color. She was patient and helpful. Very friendly and welcoming. Her patience was very much appreciated and she took the time to answer my questions and explain the difference in options for each. I didn’t feel rushed and she didn’t come across as annoyed at all. She colored my hair, and I waited for about 20 minutes while the color set and was called to have my hair washed and I also asked for conditioner and moisturizer treatment. Jasmine was also very nice and thorough. I always look forward to having my hair shampooed when I treat myself to getting my hair done professionally, which isn’t on a regular basis. Both Crystal and Jasmine were polite and pleasant. My experience here was 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely go back here soon! I chickened out and didn’t commit to the permanent color because I didn’t want to lighten my hair and possibly be stuck with a color I didn’t like. BUT I will go back and have it done because I love the red I can see over my light brown hair. Looking forward to going back in 2 to 6 weeks. Hopefully all will be gentle on my hair in between now and then. But I’m truly happy with the entire experience!! I didn’t even know about this place until a few weeks ago. 💖🫶🏽🫶🏼 (Oh and to add on to this review, there was an option to self dry my hair at the drying station but i just combed it out and threw it in a bun so I could style and diffuse my hair at home). That’s another reason why I appreciate Madison Reed. They focus on color only and I can do the part that I know how to do and save money. Win win!! 🤩🥰
