I’d say really 4.5 stars (for staff and the actual end product) 😊 Although it was very hard to understand the (older) man who welcomed me to the salon as a walk-in (or maybe he couldn’t understand me), the salon was clean and I was served immediately. I loved that there were no overpowering chemical smells as you find in some salons, and the staff were nice. I opted for a gel pedicure and they provided good callus removal and massage — which seems rare these days! Super peaceful salon too, with lots of parking and it was easy to reach, with decent prices. Unfortunately, the nail tech doing my pedi did a regular polish when I’d asked for gel — she was about to let me go and I knew something wasn’t right … she apologized profusely but did have to start all over again and it extended my time in the seat for another 15 minutes……then as I was checking out they had issues with printing my receipt … I was there for 1.25 hours in total and they were very sweet and apologetic for the issues I faced. In good news, the pedicure itself was excellent! However, at one point a young girl came running back into the salon and commented to staff that one of the nails from the mani she’d just received only a few minutes earlier had already popped off … oh dear!

I love Magnolia Nail & Spa! I have been going here for about 2.5 years now and I have never been disappointed with my nails. I have had my nails done by every manicurist there and they are all great. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. Go get your nails done here and you won’t be disappointed!
