The whole salon has such a welcoming, and warm atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and attentive, and I love that they remember me from previous visits. Susan at the front desk is just wonderful. She went above and beyond before my appointment, even asking for photos of my hair to make sure enough time was set aside and managing to move my booking up to an earlier spot (which I so appreciated!). She’s warm, professional, and such a joy to chat with while waiting. Anne did an amazing job with my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the colour. She listened so carefully to what I wanted. I left the salon genuinely loving my new look, she absolutely nailed it! And a special mention to Freya, who took out my foils with such care and, as always, gave the most heavenly scalp massage 10/10! They also use the Kerastase range of products for shampooing, conditioning and the various oils etc so I always leave with amazing smelling hair.
