Absolutely amazing! I'm not only returning but I am coming back with more of my friends and family. It felt so welcoming! My nail tech whos name i unfortunately didnt catch (i think Marie or Maria) was such a breath of fresh air. I'd 1000% recommend!

From the second I entered Salon & Spa Marc Joseph, I was greeted with genuine warmth, a lovely gentleman (I could kick myself for not remembering his name!) welcomed me so cordially that I instantly felt at home. There was a small mix-up at the start, but the team immediately handled it with such grace and professionalism that I ended up feeling completely pampered from my nails to my hair to my eyebrows… I mean, wow! Jira is an absolute artist when it comes to nails meticulous, gentle, and incredibly talented. Francia made my hair look like I just stepped out of a movie set, pure glamour! Berta gave me new eyebrows, and honestly, I’m still in awe. Jocelyn, the manager, runs the place beautifully, and her son Julian was the kind and courteous young man at the cash, such a classy family touch. Yes, it’s definitely on the pricier side, but worth every penny. The ambiance is gorgeous, the service is top-tier, and I walked out feeling like the best version of myself. Highly recommend, this is the go-to spot in NYC for true pampering and perfection!

My husband and I came to Marc Josephs salon for the first time . It was such a wonderful and welcoming experience . The manager, Jocelyn, is extremely kind and offered us refreshments when we came in. She had conversation with every customer that came in, and ensured everybody felt right at home. We both had a pedicure service with Maria , who did an amazing job . Jira did my nails , she helped me pick a great color and she is an extremely talented nail tech . The salon also offers numerous other services . I highly recommend booking an appointment, you will not be disappointed!

I visited the salon today to have my builder gel removed and new nails done. Crystal did an amazing job and had great attention to detail and is very creative. Jocelyn the manager made myself and my mother feel welcome and at home and got us in for an appointment when it suited us. I could not recommend the salon more highly.
