Amazing first time Experience. Javier was amazing helping me with making my first appointment, explained toe by phone how the service worked, how to pay the deposit and who our stylist was going to be. When we got there parking lot was clean when we walked in we were greeted amazingly we were welcomed the building itself is clean as neat it smells amazing not like chemicals like all other hair salons that you can go to everyone was very friendly and greeting my kids and make it and making sure that they were having a great first experience since it's my kids first visit to a hair salon in the United States. They provided us with complimentary snacks and drinks that we could order and customize with their flavors. And when it comes to hair styling .. Kimberly was amazing 🤩 top notch stylist. She made my kids feel comfortable, enjoyed their entire process start to finish, she explained to them their hair type and how to take care of them , she styled them exactly how they wanted it. She's amazing!!!! Can't express enough how I recommend them without hesitation!!! Price is comfortable and quality is exceptional!!!! They made my daughter Alhia so happy with her birthday first visit to the best hair salon in Orlando!
