12/11/2025 -I want to take a moment to sincerely commend Massage 5 for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. After sharing feedback from a previous visit, management reached out and took my concerns seriously. That alone speaks volumes. They were attentive, respectful, and genuinely interested in ensuring my experience aligned with the level of service they strive to provide. I truly appreciate being heard and valued as a client. I returned today and was met with stellar service from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was welcoming, and my therapist was attentive, professional, and focused on providing a relaxing experience. The massage itself was exactly what I needed—so much so that I fell asleep… and if you know, you know! 😂 That’s how you can tell it was that good. I’m grateful for management’s willingness to address an indifferent experience and get things back in sync. This visit restored my confidence in Massage 5, and I’m happy to say they exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the care, the follow-up, and the excellent service. I look forward to many more relaxing visits. 11/28/2025 ⭐️⭐️ — Removed 10/04/2025 Massage 5 in Desoto is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful décor and calming atmosphere—it’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a relaxing environment. The customer service was excellent, warm, and attentive. I really appreciated the little touches, like being offered iced coffee and even receiving a small gift after my service. I booked the 90-minute full body massage with a 30-minute foot reflexology add-on, and both services were amazing. The therapist was skilled, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. This is definitely a place I’ll be visiting again. Everything about my experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend Massage 5 if you’re looking for quality care and a peaceful retreat right here in Desoto!

I picked the deep tissue for an hour and 30 minutes for foot massage. As soon as I walked in I was greeted very nicely and was seen within 5 minutes of being there. There was no wait. The massage was really great, the pressure was to my liking and felt really great afterwards. The environment of the room was relaxing and comfortable, I highly recommend going here for a massage.

Stopped by last week with no appointment and they took me very quickly. Dint catch the lady’s name who gave me my massage but she did great! I had very bad back pain from being on my feet all day at work and bad posture. I got the deep tissue massage and cupping and the results have been amazing I haven’t complained all week about back pain when it used to be a daily thing. Place is clean and every one there was sweet. Definitely going to continue to go to them for massages. Recommend 100%
