We went for a couple's massage, and Kevin's massage was exceptionally professional and attentive. The massage therapist was quiet, making the whole process very peaceful. I really enjoyed this perfect massage; my body felt completely refreshed afterward. The front desk staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back soon.

The DIY massage was amazing! It's a brand new massage parlor. The customer service was excellent, and they even customized a deep tissue and acupressure massage for me, which was incredible. I also had a gua sha detox treatment, which felt fantastic. The mountain on my back disappeared, and I felt so relaxed. I'll definitely be back soon.

I love Kevin and Sophia at MassageDIY! They are incredibly caring and attentive to my pains and overall needs. I work in the same shopping area as MassageDIY and my work often leaves my neck, shoulders, and back in tons of pain. I initially got a 20-30 minute chair massage from Kevin during a lunch break and was so shocked how much better I felt immediately after. I never felt that way so soon after a treatment even after years of PT and massages for my troublesome shoulder. I've gotten to know Sophia a little more since then through our reoccurring appointments together. I first learned that the "DIY" in the business's name is a little bit of a rough translation for "Custom", as in every massage is custom to each person's needs. I also learned that Sophia had over 10 years of experience working in luxury spas in China (she specialized in gua sha and preventative care massages), and Kevin came from a similar background with nearly 15 years experience (he apparently did acupuncture too!). Their current massage menu is very simple and they don't advertise the gua sha or acupuncture, but it makes so much sense why my body has improved in their care with their deeper understanding of the body. I hope they add their specialties to their menu soon! I most recently had a lovely 90 minute massage with both Kevin and Sophia. Sophia explained to me that Kevin is best at back/shoulder and feet massages, so I thought it was so cool that they took turns to make sure I got the best they had to offer. Sophia identified some painful knots around my underarms that concerned her and recommended I come back to get them loosened up over time. I really appreciated her concern and sensitivity in explaining the severity of these problem areas. I feel really protective of this shop now that I'm a regular. Sophia has told me stories of men inappropriately propositioning her during massages. 😢 Please don't be a creep with them!!! I've also heard they've experienced some racism/xenophobia as they are Chinese and have accents, but please trust that does not make them any less professional. MassageDIY is a true Mesa treasure and I trust them to ease my pains and loosen my uncomfortable knots.

My daughters bought me gift certificates for Christmas. Booked my first massage with Joy and she was amazing. Listened to where my problem areas were and gave them extra attention. At the end of the massage Kevin did an incredible foot Massage. Looking forward to booking another session with Joy. I will definitely be a return customer.
