Customer Reviews for Massage Envy
Abigail Monterrozo — 5/5 (via Google)
Had a wonderful first visit at this Massage Envy location! From the time you step in the door to leaving, the service and atmosphere is very pleasant. Anna was so kind and answered all the skin care/beauty questions I had during the session. 100% recommend!
Kelley OBrien — 5/5 (via Google)
I religiously get massages with Hannah because she is amazing! I had surgery on my spine a few weeks ago, and this was my first visit back since then. I briefly went over some areas to avoid, and that's all she needed to give yet another amazing massage. I can not rave about her enough! There's a reason I book months in advance to make sure I am able to get her.
Taylor Tisi — 5/5 (via Google)
I had facials at this location by Anna & Tess and each visit is a 10/10. They are both extremely nice, knowledgeable and gave a very relaxing facial. I always countdown to my next visit. The girls at the reception desk are also very friendly, which is always important to me
DS Family — 5/5 (via Google)
The ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and they always make my experience extraordinary from my arrival to my exit. Vanessa and Cathy are so caring and helpful at all times I feel like I’m talking to friends. Jesse is one of my favorites for massages, Jenna I will always highly recommend and Linda is so reliable and sweet. I also do facials and I always request Lisa, she makes great personalized recommendations and she has helped me so much with my skin care ! Urbana is the best location I’ve tried, after a couple of bad experiences at other locations I decided to stick here because of their customer service.
