Customer Reviews for Massage Envy

I just had the experience of getting credit for the months I missed due to a family illness, then when I went to pay, the told me I had credit towards my service. It was so nice, especially since I didn't have to be the one to remind the employee....it is a nice benefit. I had the hydro facial, which is my favorite service....and I am so grateful I met Jenna, she is just the best. She has suggested add-ons based on what I have said are my concerns, especially missing a couple treatments, but she does not push add-ons unnecessarily.....she is great at what she does.

I had my first massage at this location yesterday with Moise. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. He definitely paid attention to my areas of concern that I wanted more focus on. I was referred to him by my mother and I will definitely be coming back!

I specifically asked for Elena for my facial. She’s great at assessing what my skin needs and she’s gentle and has a soothing voice. I enjoyed the facial and it was very relaxing. My only concern was the cost. It seemed a bit expensive and I’d do it more often if it was a little more affordable. Thanks for a great facial, Elena!

Elena is absolutely amazing! 🤩 She is extremely knowledgeable and can help you restore your skin condition to healthy and glowing!! She has access to the best products, treatments and procedures to utilize for your skin care needs, taking into consideration any downtime restrictions. I leave there so refreshed and so relaxed after a treatment with her and a glow that lasts weeks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
