About Massage Envy
What Massage Envy lacks in pretense, it makes up for with results — something Cincinnati has noticed. They provide a range of therapeutic massages, from the classic Swedish to targeted deep tissue work, along with rejuvenating facials and specialized body treatments. Folks also swing by for aromatherapy sessions when they’re feeling a little run down.
Upon arrival, customers are typically greeted by the team, who are known for their warm Cincinnati charm. After a brief consultation to tailor the session, folks get settled in a private room designed for relaxation. Post-treatment, many locals like to linger a bit in the reception area, sipping water and easing back into the day. It's not uncommon to see business clients popping in for a quick midday massage to relieve stress.
Massage Envy distinguishes itself with its blend of professional service and a comfortable, local vibe. While they're part of a larger franchise, the team manages to maintain a neighborhood feel that keeps people coming back. They focus on repair and therapeutic benefits, catering to folks who need more than just a pampering session, and that makes them a favorite in this part of town.
The high ratings and consistent positive reviews online reflect Massage Envy’s dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction. Cincinnatians trust them for consistent, reliable therapeutic massage, and their 4.5-star rating across nearly 500 reviews really says it all. The staff have earned a reputation for being attentive and skilled, making it a dependable spot for self-care.

Excellent massage with Tori. I experienced significant relief from shoulder pain. The facial with Evelyn was relaxing, and my skin was brighter and firmer in the days following the service. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. I will be returning.

It was my first time receiving a full body massage. Beth was pleasant professional and she explained and answer any questions and concerns that I may have had. The pressure of her massage was exactly what I wanted. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely will make another appointment for Beth to give me another full body massage. Thank you

I had an age-defying facial with Jade and it was thoroughly enjoyable! My skin still feels wonderful a day later, and she explained everything she was doing, asking for feedback along the way. Her massaging technique for my shoulders and arms was the perfect amount of pressure. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated, and my skin has never looked and felt better! Thank you, Jade!
