Customer Reviews for Massage Envy
Madeline Cacheria — 5/5 (via Google)
This is my go-to spot for a massage. Rene is exceptional at what he does—highly skilled, knowledgeable, and always ensures a relaxing, effective experience. The customer service here is consistently excellent, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-tier massage therapy.
Nicholas York — 5/5 (via Google)
Kyle was phenomenal. Go with Kyle if you need a deep tissue massage. He gives them really well. He was communicative and gave exactly what I wanted. Went above and beyond giving me recommendations after. Had Eric for firm Swedish massage and I almost fell asleep! Haha he was fantastic. I have tried a few different people and these two are the best. Only issue is the location does not always have services that are advertised like the anti aging eye treatment, rapid tension relief, and I believe there was one more from my memory. Overall, not a big deal. I love the membership and service. I hope they give a list of coupons or any other deal for my second year of membership!

★★★★ Great service! The front desk guy was really helpful—a true gentleman, even though I don’t know his name. He was so courteous and made my massage experience even better. The therapist, sauna did a fantastic job of paying extra attention to my painful areas while also showing care for my overall well-being. I prefer deep, firm pressure, and they delivered exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

This is the best ME location. Rene is amazing. The staff is great. I read a few negative reviews and, tbh, it just sounded like difficult customers not realizing they’re difficult. Also, I didn’t have any trouble canceling my membership. Having to send an email and then respond to an email is not a difficult process.
Becky Miller — 5/5 (via Google)
Preston/Forest Massage Envy is my go-to for massages. I’ve had several massages from different therapists and they have all been excellent! It’s clean and inviting. Check-in and out are easy. I’ve been a member for years and love my massages! Rudy is my favorite. I also like Miranda and Miriam! Great massages!
