Wonderful customer service and a great massage therapist. She helped my mother in law with neck and back pain from our road trip to move to Rochester from Seattle. Very good experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Jadelyn at Massage Envy for my anti-aging facials and microdermabrasion treatments, and every single experience has been exceptional! Today was my first back facial, and once again, she exceeded my expectations. Jadelyn is incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and has such a calming, harmonious presence. Her technique, pressure, and attention to detail are absolutely amazing — you can truly feel how skilled she is with every step of the treatment. My skin always feels refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing afterward. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your skin and provides top-tier service, book your appointment with Jadelyn — you won’t be disappointed!

The highlight of my week. I’ve been seeing Allison for a while now and it has genuinely been one of the most helpful and grounding choices I’ve made for my well-being. She’s incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive—not just to the physical side of things, but to the person in front of her. Every session feels personalized, thoughtful, and attuned to how I’m doing that day. I’ve noticed real improvements in my flexibility and how my body responds to stress. But what stands out most is the sense of trust and care she brings to every session. It’s clear she’s not only passionate about what she does, but truly cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone who knows their craft and creates a space that’s both effective and uplifting, she’s the one. I highly recommend giving stretch therapy a chance.
