Customer Reviews for Massage Envy
Ryann Lilley — 5/5 (via Google)
Carolyn is the absolute best! She has been giving me facials for over a year, and my skin has never looked better. She is incredibly kind and always listens to my needs. Truly the best. The front desk staff are also always so kind and welcoming. They remember who I am even though I only come in once a month, which means a lot. I could not recommend this location and their amazing team enough!
Scuba Steve — 5/5 (via Google)
Wanted to shout out to Willa for an awesome experience. She was very attentive to my needs and worked my back in rhythm with my breathing. Paid extra attention to the soles of my feet which was an experience I haven’t had outside of Thailand, and overall was a very relaxing and invigorating preparation for the Shamrock Shuffle. Thanks to Massage Envy for turning the volume down in Chicago.

Her calming presence and skillful techniques create an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. She’s exceptional at what she does, and you’ll leave feeling refreshed and completely at ease. Thank you, Destiny and Cynthia, for such a wonderful experience!
