Customer Reviews for Massage Envy
Adaora Okoye — 4/5 (via Google)
I am so pleased with the two experiences I’ve had at Massage Envy. At my first visit, the receptionist did a wonderful job attending to my needs and walking me through the process. She presented the add-ons and optional enhancements without being pushy, but rather informative. I got my massage done by Stefan who is professional, attentive, and responsive. He makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process, catering his pressure to my preferences. Highly recommend this location!
Samantha Chu — 5/5 (via Google)
Chloe is a fantastic esthetician who is always prompt, does a great job educating and recommending customized skincare plans! I always enjoy my time with her and get great results!

Patrice is exceptional! I’ve done the stretch sessions, rapid tension relief, and deep tissue massages here and they are all amazing. I have a lot of injuries from sports, especially with my shoulder, and Patrice does the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Masseuse Gian is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I live in Crest Hill and don’t make it to Naperville South often, but I did yesterday .. and I’m so glad I did. I had a 90-minute massage that was absolutely amazing. I’ve been extremely stressed and struggling with sleep lately, and after my session I slept a solid 10 hours and through the entire night. My body felt completely relaxed. He worked areas in my back where I could feel the release down my arm .. it was incredible. Truly magic hands. I highly recommend Gian.
