Carrie is an amazing massage therapist. She makes sure I am comfortable, double checks with me regarding the amount of pressure she is applying, and works the spots that need to be worked out in creative ways so it’s not super painful. Carrie is kind and helpful and she’s always willing to give suggestions of things to do beyond the massage to avoid some of the issues I have with my neck and back. She knows the body well and is able to use that knowledge to provide great relief when things are tight or have knots. I love my monthly massages with Carrie!

Audrey was a great therapist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and come in often. She listened to my needs and focused her attention on the areas I asked her to. She made sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the table as well as her pressure though out the massage. I would highly recommend her.

Larissa was great. I came in sore and in pain from over working my shoulder, she helped stretch it out and I left and felt much better. She listens to your needs to get a personalized therapy. I also had a facial treatment with Ruth. She tailored my treatment to my skin needs. She makes great recommendations and you leave knowledgeable and feeling refreshed. I always love my facial treatments with Ruth.

The rooms were pleasant and the staff was amazing. The gentleman who checked me in (I missed his name) was friendly and considerate, while my therapist (Britney) was so pleasant. She paid attention to her work and found spots that needed to be worked on and skillfully did so. I will absolutely be back to this crew.
