Keenan was absolutely AMAZING! I had severe pain from a very angry muscle spasm, and the muscle relaxer did nothing! I hurt so badly, I went with first available, and it was a divine appointment! He was very professional and effective. I left functional! Plus, the front counter people were super kind and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this Massage Envy Spa!

Had a 90 minute facial with Domenica performing the services. She was amazing!!! Because I was curious of the process she explained as she went. She was friendly, but a true professional. She shared her thoughts about which treatment that would best benefit me next time. I would highly recommend Domenica. Thank you again for an amazing experience. I will definitely return

I've been going to this location for a few months. I've seen a few different therapist but Audrey is hands down my favorite. She has magical hands. I have severe pain in my neck and shoulders and need regular massage therapy to manage it. She used techniques no other therapist has done even at other companies. She also explained why and how these techniques would help and she was spot on. Audrey has a wealth of knowledge, great technique, and a friendly comforting bedside manner.

Brandy Kruzan operates with a level of attentiveness that is rare in the service space. Each appointment feels deliberately individualized rather than procedural; she is present, observant, and methodical in how she evaluates and treats my skin. The improvements I have experienced are measurable — texture, tone, and overall clarity have progressed noticeably under her care. What stands out most is her consistency and confidence in her treatment plan; she explains what she sees, what she’s adjusting, and why. For the first time in a long while, I genuinely feel optimistic about the trajectory of my skin health, and that confidence comes directly from her expertise.

I didn’t have a good experience the first time I was here a few weeks ago. I am grateful that the owner. Kyra reached out to me gave me a 2nd chance and recommended another therapist. Mia was incredible and I would recommend anybody who wants a relaxing massage to get it with her. She was very strategic and she did a combination of relaxation techniques from Swedish to reflexology she was perfect with the pressure.
