Loren was amazing! I’m an esthetician so I hold a lot of my tension in my neck & shoulders. I really appreciated how attentive she was at making sure we focused on the areas that needed more attention. She also gave me a few tips to help relieve tension in between appts!

I had such a great experience at Massage Envy, and I can’t recommend this location enough. My partner has had chronic back pain from an old high-school injury, and I wanted to get him a thoughtful gift that would actually help — not just something nice, but something useful. From the very beginning, the manager Trish was amazing. She took the time to walk me through all of the options, answered every question I had, and made the whole process of getting started feel easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported. My partner absolutely loved the gift — it ended up being one of his favorites. The staff was incredibly friendly, and his massage therapist Keith was knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly experienced. He focused on the problem areas and provided real relief from my partner’s back pain, which is not easy to do. If you’re looking for a place that’s professional, welcoming, and truly focused on helping people feel better, this Massage Envy location is it. I’m so glad I chose them.

I had a massage from Carolina and it was one of the best if not the best massage I have ever had. The massage was so relaxing and she really worked on my knots. Also, parking was plentiful which I appreciate. I will definitely be back.

Claudia was pleasant and knowledgeable and overall, a good aesthetician. I would go back to her for my next treatment at massage envy. She is a 5 star as far as the franchise goes… After a years membership though, I will not be resubscribing to their monthly benefits program. That’s what they get only 4 stars. I appreciate the service is consistent and the consumer knows what to expect. But if you really shopped around, you’d find that the price isn’t a deal for skin services alone. I haven’t used any others like massage or stretching for instance. Though they gently improve my skin tone, their chemical peels have only been a temporary fix for my goals: to reduce the signs of aging and improve my skin’s tone due to sun damage. I’ve found better success through micro needling which they do not offer. The danger is that this procedure is not as gentle so you run the risk of pain and the practitioner going too deep. I once had so much abrasion to cause bleeding and redness that I couldn’t leave my house/have online meetings/get in front of a camera for 7-10 days. It took me months and a few different ones on Groupon to find an aesthetician I could trust and is a good value for the service I want. I have decided to dedicate my money 💯 to them. It’s been a year but worth the effort to go through this process.

We have been Massage Envy members for years. And are overall pleased with our therapist.I had Larissa and my experience was not as expected. It was a very basic massage if that. I came in for my birthday and needless to say did not leave relaxed.My wife had Loren. She continues to rave about the session stating Loren Provided an amazing experience! The Massage was 10 out of 10 and the attention to detail even higher. She should definitely be considered to train the others! The stars for this review are definitely given to my wife’s therapist Loren.
