Customer Reviews for Massage Envy

I had my first ever massage at the downtown Massage Envy with Danielle. It was the fastest hour of my life! Danielle explained everything to me effectively and had a calm and approachable demeanor. I felt that I was in good hands and I was! I told her that I was leaning towards wanting deep tissue but was worried it might be too much so she said she’d work her way up. The pressure was perfect the whole time and she really worked the knots out of my back and shoulders which I NEEDED! I thought she did a great job I felt secure and attended to the whole time. I was ready to fall asleep on the table when she wrapped up. I left feeling like I can move in ways I haven’t moved before. I’m so grateful to Danielle for my great first massage experience!!

Rachel is fantastic, especially when you need relief from pain and have to work through it. This is coming from someone who was terrified of getting a massage for most of my adult life. She puts you at ease and has now made a massage something I greatly look forward to.
Jeffrey White — 5/5 (via Google)
This was my first session with Ruby. She was amazing! She listened very closely to the issues I was having and immediately started working in those areas. She was very considerate and made sure the pressure she was applying was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back to see Ruby!

Nicole at the front desk was very helpful. I had booked a relative for the time slot after me. They were not able to come. Nicole arranged for me to have part of that time and have a 90 minute massage. Danielle made good use of the extra time. I requested a face massage. Even on my face she found areas of tension. I like a firm massage, and she is the best. She hooked her elbow into mine and massaged my back muscles in a new position. I have had several massages from Danielle and have never been disappointed.
