Need to preface that the initial experience here did not go well. Booked a back facial with Shellie and she didn’t even do extractions? The bed was cold. The wait was 30 mins long. I was disappointed. However, after expressing my concerns, the manager, Shay Ribar, was very accommodating and ensured I received the complete service I paid for (which included extractions). I saw Nicole and it was a completely different experience that I would highly, highly recommend.

I've never had a massage or a facial before. I was nervous because I was visiting for neck and shoulder pain following a car wreck over a year ago. They were careful and considerate, checking in with me on comfort and making sure I was not experiencing pain or nerves. I am so grateful for not only the relief I felt after my massage with Janna, but the excellent customer service at the front desk and from the wonderful young lady who does facials, I believe her name was Anna. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, they gave me detailed skin care recommendations, and let me make a last second facial appointment due to an opening in the schedule. I was so grateful! I feel amazing, I was treated so kindly and everyone was incredibly understanding and patient with me and considerate of budget. Thank you so much! I will absolutely be back.
