Customer Reviews for Massage Envy

Katelyn Hammond — 5/5 (via Google)

Bree was incredible! I came in after straining my lower back last week, and she was not only kind and personable but also extremely thorough in addressing my needs throughout the entire session. She listened carefully, checked in often, and made sure the pressure and techniques were exactly what my body needed. I still had some tightness in my hip, and she gave me great homecare recommendations that made a huge difference. By the next morning, I felt well-rested and experienced so much relief. I highly recommend Bree. She truly knows her craft and cares about her clients!

My 1st visit arrived stressed after I went to closed Aveda in error & my Van tire emergency light on. Receptionist new to Las Vegas & sweet. I had to call & cancel before appointment husbands visit due to his personal friend crisis & manager didn't charge me cancellation fee. Bree was very empathetic, personable, professional & also a native like myself! Convenient Centennial location & parking. Waiting area is very small & like a Dr. Office & not HIPPA compliant while Receptionist completed questions. Use to a very Zen, quiet, & separate waiting area. Didn't get full hour after sharing issues, changing, & finished before the next hour.

Nichole did my facial and is insanely knowledgeable. I went in feeling like my skin was tight and starting to show a lot of signs of aging but it turns out my skin is just dehydrated even tho I drink a lot of water. She took the time to explain everything to me and actually educate me on how skin works and what it needs. She recommended a few products and listened to all my concerns and limited ability to add in more to my routine. 2 weeks later and I see such a huge difference in my skin, I've gotten so many compliments too! I feel like she gave me hope that my skin isnt stuck just being the way it was and I cant thank her enough.

Susy is amazing massage therapist! She always addresses my body concerns and checks in with me throughout the session to make sure I’m comfortable with her techniques.
