It was my first visit to this particular location. All the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Yenny was awesome and recommended a skin treatment. The manager was quite helpful as well. I highly recommend this particular Massage at Brickell Village

This was my first visit, and it was such an exceptional experience that I decided to enroll in a membership before even leaving. Lazaro, my massage therapist, was outstanding—professional, thorough, attentive, and incredibly mindful. He maintained clear communication throughout the entire session, making sure I was comfortable at all times and fully understanding my needs and focus areas. His approach felt intentional and personalized, and he truly introduced me to what felt like a new massage journey. That experience alone made a lasting impression. Yenny was equally amazing with the facial. She took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how each step would benefit my skin. She also provided clear guidance on how to maintain and continue improving my facial goals moving forward, which made the experience both relaxing and educational. The overall operation was seamless and well-organized. Kaylee, who greeted us upon arrival, was warm, professional, and very informative. We were acknowledged immediately, had no wait time, and everything was ready for us. She clearly explained the services and how the process would flow, which made the entire visit feel smooth and welcoming from the start. From the service providers to the front desk experience, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who may be hesitant about trying massage or facial services—this team makes you feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.

The massage itself was great. The bed was warm before I laid down, and the oil was heated, which created a very relaxing and comfortable experience. One small recommendation: offering tea in the waiting area would be a simple, low-cost touch that could really help guests start relaxing even before the massage begins. Unfortunately, my overall experience was affected at the end of the session. My boyfriend and I both went in with significant neck pain. When the massage ended, I mentioned to my masseuse that the back of my neck had not been worked on. She responded that my time was up and that she had another client. When I checked the time, I realized that instead of the 60-minute massage we booked, I only received about 45 minutes. I brought this to the attention of the front desk. While they apologized and acknowledged the session was at least 5 minutes short, no further resolution was offered. I ultimately left with the same stiffness in my neck, which was very disappointing, especially given the quality of the massage itself. I have a monthly membership and so far I haven’t felt no special treatment at all so most likely unless the experiences are improved significantly we won’t renew our membership.
