Customer Reviews for Massage Envy

Kira Chavez — 5/5 (via Google)

I had a 60-minute massage with Silvia at Massage Envy and it was such a great experience. From the start, she made sure the pressure was exactly what I wanted and checked in throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic—she really focused on my tension areas without it ever feeling too intense. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably less tight. Silvia is professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage.

Shout out to Joshua who was consistently great for two hours straight. I enjoy ME as a whole and membership is the way to go compared to walk ins for sure. If you don’t have a membership and pay msrp rates you can get a much better wholistic experience at many local spas. But to get a good quality, walk out of there relaxed massage, it’s hard to beat their membership package.

I originally booked at the Pasadena location. I wish I would have been able to get the services that I booked. I wanted a facial and massage for my birthday and booked it a month out, but when I basically was on the table at the Pasadena/Fairmont location, the manager came in and told me I couldn’t get it done because I had a medical issue listed in my history. In the past, I was able to get a massage with a Dr note. I could say so much more in this review, but in summary, they should have least looked over my history of previous visit, which includes a Dr letter that said that I CAN have a massage & facial. So I called other locations, and the Waugh staff had absolutely no problem scheduling my appointment after showing the Dr note. They were much more accommodating and very friendly.

Wonderful massage yesterday, I really felt amazing and so relaxed. Emily is tiny but mighty, she hit every muscle that I asked her to and areas to avoid . She’s a doll and I’m so happy to have found her. The staff is very caring and helpful as well

Vanessa Simmons — 5/5 (via Google)

Had a facial with Ms Rosario, really enjoyed it. She has a great personality and gives you great skin care tips. Would definitely go back to her
