I’m going to let you in on a little secret here named Fonda. I went to her before I became pregnant, and then learned that she does prenatal massages. She is the reason I got a membership here. She LISTENS and SOLVES. Does your lower back hurt from carrying an unborn child or maybe furniture? Boom, she’s on it. Does your neck hurt from tossing and turning all night during the third trimester or from typing on a computer all day? She’s a massage magician. The best nights of sleep for me happened after I’d seen her, and I tried to see her weekly because she is the GOAT. Fonda, thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart for being such a healing part of this journey. You have made my first pregnancy as an older mom so much more enjoyable and took really good care of me each and every time I came in with a slightly larger baby belly. I will be back to see you as soon as I am able and you will finally be able to leave that big pillow in the other room! Seriously though, pregnant or not, BOOK WITH FONDA! :)
