Nita Regan — 5/5 (via Google)
Every employee that I’ve met here is top-notch! The staff at the desk always greets you warmly and check-in is efficient and friendly. I am very happy with my Massage Therapist, Jen and I continue to get facials from Alondra, both regularly.

Let me preface by saying , everyone on staff here is fantastic! But Marina is the reason I return. She always makes everything so easy and accessible. She is so welcoming and I feel truly cared for while I’m here. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Chris Gallus — 5/5 (via Google)
Previously, I had very bad experiences with Massage Envy at this location. However, the new manager, Marina, has really turned things around. I had a large accumulation of credits that occurred during Covid and continued to accumulate due to understaffing and poor book-ability. I had been trying to use the credits I had paid for with several previous managers and nothing had been done. When Marina got there, she contacted me and spent quite some time on the phone with me getting appointments booked and helping me to use the credits I paid for. They are now much better staffed and I am actually able to make appointments. Everyone there is pleasant and the experience is friendly and relaxing from check-in to check-out.
