I've been a happy customer since my husband gifted me a membership. Everyone associated with Massage Envy at Blanco Point has been pleasant and professional. Can't say enough good things about Kaycee as a therapist! She is knowledgeable and attentive to needs and preferences. I always leave feeling completely relaxed!

I'm thrilled to have found my long-term massage therapist at this location. Kaycee is truly gifted at deep tissue massage and has transformed my body's flexibility. Through her skilled work, she's successfully addressed severe tightness in my neck, back, lower back, and hip flexors. What sets her apart is her attentiveness – she tailors each session to my specific needs and concerns. Each visit brings noticeable improvement in my mobility and comfort! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jackie is seriously the nicest, most accommodating manager I have ever met! From the very beginning when I had to transfer locations due to a move, Jackie was very sweet and offered to let me keep my membership at the old rate even when they had raised their prices! I have also had financial setbacks twice in the last year and when I went to cancel my membership, Jackie was very understanding and offered to waive my membership fee for a few months so that I could get back on my feet. She genuinely cared about me not losing the credits that had accumulated on my account. This is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Massage Envy has won a customer for life, and it’s all thanks to Jackie! Anyone who says she is anything but so sweet, helpful, and nice is a flat out liar. Please do yourself a favor and go to massage envy! I’ve seen multiple therapists there and all are wonderful. Thank you, Jackie!!!!
