Customer Reviews for Massage Envy

Went to see John because our location is in a remodel. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Relaxation room is small and I usually get anxiety but I saw the Himalayan salt stone option and was able to focus on that. It was a great add on to my massage. As always John is magical and has been my dedicated therapist for 4 years!

I was scheduled for a facial yesterday with Edith Gonzalez @ Massage Envy in Avondale. It was so relaxing and she is always attentive to my self care skin needs. I purchase all my products there at ME-It's quality merchandise and goes a long way. Thank you Edith for everything you do!! SG

Edit: the manager reached out to apologize and offered me another intro rate massage. I was treated way better this time around. The massage was great, however upon leaving, the receptionist couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone to talk to me. Of course I understand my card is on file, but as a new client I felt that this was very unprofessional. She didnt ask me how my experience was, if I had any questions on how to tip, or if I wanted to book again. I was interested in a membership, but now I will take my business elsewhere.
