John May gives an excellent massage. He always asks what you need today and delivers it. He is thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. Perfect for a 75 year old body and was 20 years ago when I was a fifty something year old with migraines and spinal compressions already giving me lots of muscle spasms. Sometimes I used to prefer someone working on knots in muscles with more force felt, but realize now, he really knows his business.
