This Was my first time visiting this location . And I do plan to visit again. From the time I arrived to the time I left, customer service was on 10! although there was a little mixup on their end, regarding my massage time, they were able to fix the issue and I was able to get my full 90 minutes. It was clean and calming. Clay was my massage therapist and he did an awesome job. 10/10 definitely recommend him. WHEN I TELL YOU, HE TOOK HIS TIME! that's exactly what I mean. Get a massage to start your day, is the perfect way to kick off my week. ONLY CON: after my appointment, they immediately tried to sign me up for a membership and i did feel a tad bit overwhelmed especially because my mind was relaxed, then I immediately had to think and listen to this membership sale pitch information that was given. It did seem a little pushy and I nicely declined the offer. I think that should be shared prior to getting services done. I came to relax and relax only. I feel, if the customers don’t ask about membership perks then we should not be pitched with the information…. 4.5/5 STARS

My very first time at Massage Heights. From start to finish it was an impressive and amazing experience. Front desk she’s absolutely, a delight. Daniela, was one of the best aestheticians that I’ve had in my 30 years of getting a facial. I look forward to my next Facial next month.
Syniah Stewart — 5/5 (via Google)
I had a great experience here. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Taylor was warm and attentive at the front, and my massage therapist Noreen was amazing. She listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be back.
