⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Massage Heights Strongsville – Truly Exceptional Care I cannot say enough amazing things about Massage Heights in Strongsville. This location is outstanding from top to bottom — welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on healing and client care. I came in dealing with a severe neck and shoulder issue that had been causing my arm and hand to go numb for weeks, and honestly, I was getting worried. Kelly, my massage therapist, was nothing short of miraculous. She is an incredibly skilled neuromuscular therapist with an extraordinary depth of knowledge and technique. Kelly took the time to understand exactly what was going on, explained what she was doing, and applied targeted, intentional work that actually addressed the root of the problem — not just the symptoms. The relief I experienced was profound, and I finally felt like my body could reset and heal. Her expertise is truly next-level. This location itself is equally impressive. Kim Higgins, the owner, has clearly built a team and environment that prioritizes excellence, professionalism, and warmth. You can feel the care that goes into every detail. The front desk team — Noah, Tyler, and Ben — are fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure your experience is smooth and comfortable from the moment you walk in. If you’re dealing with pain, chronic tension, or a complex issue that needs someone with real expertise, Kelly is an absolute must-see. And if you’re looking for a massage clinic that delivers consistent, high-quality care across the board, Massage Heights Strongsville is it. I’m beyond grateful to have found this place and will absolutely be returning. Highly, highly recommend.

I love coming here monthly. The staff and owner are very pleasant and professional! Tina is fabulous and she listens to what areas need to focus on and I always feel relaxed when I leave. There are so many options to chose from the memberships and add ons. They have really good promos throughout the year as well.

Leslie was fantastic. The aromatherapy was relaxing. I left feeling loose and limber. 10/10 would recommend. Professional experience from start to finish. If you work a manual labor job this is the place to go to feel 5 years younger.

Everyone was really friendly, great ambience and the space was clean and tidy. I went for a couples massage...it was truly an experience. We had the elevated package and chose a foot scrub. It was the perfect way to end the evening.
