I had the most wonderful prenatal massage with Mia! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to check in about how I was feeling and adjusted everything to make sure I was relaxed throughout the session. I can’t recommend her enough.

First time at Massage Lux in Farmington hills and I had a great massage with Margree! The pressure was perfect and she really goes the extra mile to make sure to deliver the best experience. My neck has been really bothering me, so did an amazing job of releasing all the tension in my neck.

Stopped in for an hour long deep tissue massage. Having not been to this location before, I did not select a therapist preference. I was greeted by Lavonn and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. He did a fantastic job! He constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, he adjusted the amount of pressure he applied to my liking, And he did a very good job at finding knots that I myself didn’t even realize were there. Overall, he was very professional and personable. I will definitely be returning to this location, And I will most certainly be requesting Lavonn.
Shannon Miskelley — 5/5 (via Google)
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alecia. From the moment the session begins, I feel completely cared for, relaxed, and understood. Her touch is both incredibly skilled and intuitive—she knows exactly how to deliver the best massage every single time. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely so good, both physically and mentally. It’s clear she truly loves what she does, and her passion and professionalism shine through in every session. This is not just a massage; it’s an experience of true healing and relaxation. I am beyond grateful to have found her and highly, highly recommend her to everyone looking for the very best.

Margaree was terrific she applied just the right pressure she make you very comfortable she’s very pleasant and knowledgeable I only can give this 5 stars I want to give more I wasn’t planning on booking another massage, but after the massage I had I also got a membership. Can’t wait to go back. I previously left a positive review because I had a massage here before and the service was excellent. The staff was welcoming and the experience was very relaxing. Unfortunately, my recent visit for a facial was a very different experience. From the beginning, the esthetician came across as very cold and not very engaging. I have had many facials before, and normally the esthetician explains what products are being applied and what to expect during each step. This helps clients feel comfortable and understand the treatment. During my facial, there was little to no communication about what was being put on my skin. At one point a mask was applied that was extremely cold, and I was not given any warning beforehand. Typically, I am told if something will feel cold, warm, or tingly so I know what to expect, but that was not the case during this service. I also did not receive any aftercare instructions about how to care for my skin afterward or if there was anything I should avoid. When I got home, my face still felt like there was product residue left on it, which made me feel like my skin may not have been rinsed thoroughly. Overall, the lack of communication and the esthetician’s demeanor made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing, especially compared to my previous visit. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients. But I still love the massages and I will continue to come for that. I feel like the facial was a waste of my time and money that I work too hard for to get such bad customer service.
