I’ve been going to Master Nails Lana for about 2 years and I couldn’t have more positive things to say about Lana and her staff. I regularly see Ronnie but everyone Lana hires is so kind, respectful, and their level of professionalism is unmatched. They have an incredible attention to detail and care so much for their clients. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially if you pay with cash. There is an excellent selection of colors and services and I’m so happy every time I leave. If you’re in the Brecksville area I’d definitely recommend going!

This is the only place I will get my nails done now! This review is long overdue (obviously) but these are my nails after a MONTH! Not one chip or lift. Ronnie was amazing. I was in and out, very fairly priced, and they looked pristine even with the grow out. Everyone in the salon is so kind and it’s very bright and clean. I highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you!!! The second pic is what I got done today again, perfect French manicure. Thank you Ronnie!!!

I’ve been to Master Nails, Lana three times now and have been seeing Ronnie—he’s fantastic. From the very first visit, he was attentive, detail-oriented, and even remembered my name right away, which really made me feel valued as a customer. Lana and May are just as warm and welcoming, creating a friendly, comfortable atmosphere every time I walk in. One thing that really stands out to me is how clean and hygienic the salon is. They clearly take sanitation seriously, and everything is spotless—which is incredibly important to me when choosing a nail salon. On top of that, they consistently do a great job. My nails always come out exactly how I want them, and the quality lasts. It’s not easy to find a place that combines skill, cleanliness, and great customer service, but this salon truly does. I’m so glad I found this place—it definitely feels like my new go-to for nails!

I will never go anywhere else! The name of the place speaks for itself. I started going to Lana at Master Nails around 2 years ago and couldn’t believe the difference from the other nail salon I had been frequenting. I can go 3 weeks between visits and my polish doesn’t even show one sign of chipping or “lifting” from my nail bed. Technically, I could go four weeks, but my nail growth is too much. The staff is always friendly and I’m always treated very respectfully. They are such a fun group! I’ve referred a number of people to Master Nails and all are still regular clients and just as pleased as I.
