The cut was great, but the color wasn't quite rite for me. So I worked with her and Silvia the owner (he is amazing) and we figured out an easy "fix." I got two huge compliments on my hair as soon as I walked into work the next day. Thanks so them for listening to my thoughts and working together to figure it out. I'll definitely be going back!

But Nicole, was just amazing. She was so patient, listened to every single detail, looked through all my inspirations, and truly made me feel heard. She has this incredible way of understanding exactly what you're imagining and then somehow making it even better in real life. My new hair is absolutely stunning, and I seriously couldn't be happier with it – it totally exceeded anything I was hoping for! She's such an artist, and her dedication to making clients feel fantastic really shines through. And I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Grace for the shampooing experience! Oh my goodness, her hands are pure magic. It was hands down the most relaxing and invigorating shampoo I've ever had. My scalp felt amazing, and it was such a wonderfully soothing part of my visit.
