Lauren, Orpington store manager, was extremely professional and listened to what I was looking for with a complete hair overhaul. She gave me honest potential outcomes and I was so pleased with the results. The salon is clean and simple. The products available for appropriate aftercare were great value for money for professional quality.

Saw Lauren today my first time at the salon and she was very frank with me about my hair and what I could and could not have. She gave me great advice about how to move forward with improvement of the condition of my hair. At the end of the appointment I was amazed how she had made my hair look so healthy and I absolutely loved the cut. I will definitely be back.

Needed an entire hair revamp & Lauren took care of that! From the initial consultation to the day of my appointment, Lauren was attentive, she explained everything she wanted to do as well as what products she would recommend to keep my hair healthy. I totally wholeheartedly recommend Lauren! She is fantastic at her trade and knows what she is talking about. Though the products are a bit pricey they are totally worth their value! My hair is transformed and super healthy! I’m so glad I found McQueen Hair!

Amazing service, I had Lauren who not only made my hair look and feel amazing but gives the best advice to what would be the best for my hair and style and explains why. Never feels rushed and literally made my hair look the bests it’s looked in so long. I walked in feeling not great with my hair and how I looked, then walked out feeling so much better. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
