I’ve gone to this location twice. Each time I visited Jacoub. His service is great and he did a wonderful job making sure he listened to my concerns. He also took his time with my daughter’s hair who has very long, thick, natural hair. This was her first time having it professionally straightened. If she ever gets it straightened again, he is the only person I will allow to do it.

I had my hair done here a few weeks ago. I got here at 6 am and the shop opened a few minutes later. I knew from my family members experience to go in tell them what I wanted done and decline any other services. I got a wash and hair straightened. The shampoo guy did a great job. And the stylist did a great job. I hadn't worn my real hair in years, I was amazed. My only concern was they didn't take cards, I hate using ATMs due to the fees. But, now I know next time to bring case.

I loveeee Jacoub! I’ve been going to Mena’s for many years and I can honestly say Jacoub never disappoints me! Today we decided to add curls and color to my hair and I am absolutely in love with the results! I would never cheat on my hair stylist, he’s the BEST!

I haven’t been to Mena’s Hair Salon in years, and to see they’re still standing strong is amazing! I had my hair done by Kevin, and he did an absolutely beautiful job — wash, blow dry, and trim all came out perfect. His customer service was excellent — very nice, professional, and had such a positive attitude. I’m so glad I came back. Definitely recommending him and the salon to others!

I took my 8-year-old to Mena’s Hair Salon on 95th to get her hair washed, cut, and styled. She was very nervous and even a little scared, but the entire staff was so welcoming and gentle with her. They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, and by the end of her appointment, she was all smiles. Two weeks later, we both went back to get our hair done, and the experience was just as amazing. Every staff member remembered her and treated her like royalty. They took their time with each part of the service, and the results were absolutely stunning.
