Kaylee gave me the Aphrodite Glow which was phenomenal! So happy she helped me relax and get beautiful skin all in one! This was better than a full body massage personally I also got a hand glaze which has saved my alligator like skin. She also gave me the best blow dry experience I have thicker long lengthed hair and never has blow drying my hair looked and seemed so easy. She was fun to talk to and seemed to enjoy what she does! Will absolutely be coming back and booking with her! The building was clean and neat and cute!

I had the most wonderful experience at Meraki Head Spa, and I especially want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Lillian. From the moment I walked in, she was so attentive, thoughtful, and intentional with every step of the service. You can truly feel when someone cares about their work and about the person in front of them, and Lillian absolutely does. She checked in on comfort throughout the entire experience, took her time, and made sure everything was done beautifully and thoroughly. It is honestly so rare to find service that feels this genuine and high-quality these days, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed, cared for, and grateful. Lillian, thank you for your kindness, your skill, and your attention to detail. You made the experience truly special, and I will absolutely be back because of you.

This was so such a relaxing experience. Savannah was excellent at making me feel comfortable and Welcome. My head was thoroughly cleaned and massaged. My arms, chest and neck were also massaged and it was wonderful. After the washing and massage are over they take you to another room to blow dry your hair! It was a magical experience. I’ll be back!

I did The Aphrodite Glow (hair, facial, shoulder & hand massage) with Lillian. Lillian is the sweetest — she truly has a healing touch. The pressure of the massage was perfect, and I appreciated how she made sure I was comfortable, reminding me I could adjust the pressure or water temperature anytime. While I was overall satisfied with the service, I realized I had some expectations from a previous facial elsewhere and was hoping for a similar experience. I do wish the hand and arm massage had lasted a bit longer. I’m not entirely sure if the focus of the package was meant to be more on the hair and scalp, but that might explain it. I loved how Lillian began the session by having me take a few deep breaths as she waved her hands, infused with doTERRA oil, over my face & while exhaling she applied pressure on my shoulders — such a calming touch. At the end, we had the option of having them blow dry our hair. I chose not to and Lillian made sure my ends weren’t dripping and applied some curling product on my hair. The room was also spotless and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful and soothing experience.

My friend and I visited Meraki Head Spa with Lillian & Abigail to celebrate our birthdays, and overall we had a wonderful experience! The directions to the spa were very clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was beautiful — very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. One of our favorite parts was the massage beds. That truly made the experience feel luxurious and took the relaxation to another level! I had Abby for the Hydra Zen Bath, and she did absolutely amazing! It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep at one point. My only small critique is about the hair drying portion. The room was clean and they were using very nice equipment, but I just noticed that my hair ended up flatter than when I arrived. My hair definitely felt incredibly clean and soft from the treatment itself, but the drying technique seemed to push my hair straight downward. Since the drying portion is optional, I would personally skip it next time. Aside from that one critique, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing visit. I would definitely return for the spa services another time.
