I have only been to this salon at least 3 times for gel mani pedi or a pedicure or manicure. This visit I had a full facial waxing and eyebrow tinting. I must sayvthat I have fallen in love with this salon.. I have lived in various cities in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina for various lenths of time and have visited many Nail Salons, some better than others, but Mermaid for me is the creme de la creme . Esthetically pleasing clean environment , no sickening acetone smell just a very relaxing soothing atmosphere. And best of all the technicians are friendly and professional and seen to take such pride in their work. As long as I am in this area, you will not be able to entice me to go anywhere else for my nails or waxing.

Did an excellent job with my nails and pedicure!! Staff was very friendly and patient with me. Very calm atmosphere also, not bustling or busy like the others. Very much worth the price!! Will be back soon for more

I had an emergency nail issue come up on a Friday morning and was able to schedule a 5 pm same day appointment. Wynn assessed the situation and we decided to start with a clean slate removing my gel overlay, cutting back my natural nails and doing a full set of coffin tips with gel polish. A disaster turned into a pleasant experience with an awesome outcome for my weekend getaway. I plan to continue my routine mani and pedicures with Wynn at the Mermaid Nail Salon in the future. Thank you for making me feel like a priority customer listening to my concerns while addressing my needs. Cost $80 + tip
