Incredible studio. I've been coming here for a few years now, and I have always left happy and excited to return for my next appointment. The team makes you feel remembered. They're professional, friendly, and excellent hair artists. A shout out to Tiana and Mersa for always making me and my family feel so welcome. I love seeing the same faces and how the studio has a low staff turnover. Mersa and his team are doing all the right things. The studio is a gem in Sans Souci!

I have been going to Mersa for about 18 months and I always find all the staff there to be friendly and welcoming. I also find that they stick to appointment times and don't keep you waiting. Mert really knows how to cut and style short hair and does a great job, always checking with me about what I want, but also making great suggestions. He has a real talent for what he does and eye for what suits you. When I walk out of the salon I feel like a million dollars. People I don't even know have come up to me in the street and told me my hair looks fabulous!
