Chad did a phenomenal job with my Hunter x Hunter tattoo! He has earned him a new, re-occurring client. I am thoroughly impressed with how it turned out. The studio was decked out with anime and had a terrific vibe. I will be back soon to continue adding with the goal of a sleeve.

Showed up there on a whim and new to North Carolina, I have several tattoos neck and throat and hands included . Marisol was easy and calming to chat with and she’s by far the lightest hand I’ve been tattooed by. She has a new customer and I plan on getting more work done . As far as the atmosphere I tend to like heavier music but I can always bring head phones …. I’d say mor alternative punk is the genre there but still a quiet calming atmosphere is refreshing esp if you are nervous type ….

Mew Tattoo is the greatest tattoo shop I have ever been to! The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The owners Chad & Bri have created such a welcoming and friendly environment & atmosphere. The shop itself was just so adorable! Bri, created this stunning Marin for me, and I was blown away by how great it turned out!!! I’m currently planning my next trip there! Update: I recently went to get another tattoo from Bri and again she created such a wonderful piece of art!!!! This shop is so amazing every single artist there is so friendly and welcoming. The Bri, Chadwick, & Marisol make you feel like you have known them for years! If you are considering a tattoo you should definitely come check out Mew Tattoo you won’t be disappointed! I have attached the amazing Momo from Dan Da Dan that Bri made for me. I’m already planning my next trip there!! Went back a third time and will continue to do so by far the best shop there is!

Mew Tattoo is an incredible studio with a welcoming, cozy, fun vibe. I felt so at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my question and made me feel super comfortable. He was able to bring an old tattoo back to life and add to it while making the whole piece cohesive. Chad made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. He explained what he was doing and checked in on me regularly throughout the session to make sure I was okay. At the end he even took the time to take some incredible photos for me to have. I’ve been places where they seem super annoyed that I want to take photos of the process but Mew Tattoo encouraged it and it was very cool. If you’re looking for a place where you will feel comfortable and welcome while getting incredible work done, Mew Tattoo is that place.
