I had such an amazing experience at this hair salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions to make sure if my hair was healthy enough to dye it or not. Also they offer me free hair wash and styling for my birthday. Booking was easy, and I arrived for my 2pm appointment not knowing who my stylist would be. I was paired with Eric, and I’m so glad I was. He was friendly and took the time to ask what I was hoping to achieve. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and we reviewed a few inspiration photos together to align on the color I wanted. Eric was patient, understood my vision, and worked carefully and gently throughout the entire process. He explained each step as he went, which made me feel comfortable and confident. I absolutely love the end result and would highly recommend booking with Eric.

they took me in last minute and took care of me with Danny who did my hair exactly like i had asked! I also had pictures and descriptions of what i wanted and he got it down to a tea in my opinion! I have very thick hair, and so salons haven’t been able to manage well my hair but he did amazing at removing the bulk and blunt straight lines for my lower part of my hair! Danny was super kind, quick, and knew what he was doing!

not only am i in love with the results, i was also blown away by the stylists’ artistry + skills!! there was so much precision put into each trim, and the teamwork between drying my hair and applying the bleach was honestly impressive. 10/10 !!!

I've been looking for a good balayage place in Boston for years now and finally made an appt to try MG after seeing it had good reviews. Ming and the team did an amazing job with my hair and really achieved the ash brown color that I had requested. It's always a long process (I have long, thick hair) but they really took their time to make sure the color was what I wanted. I appreciated Ming's attention to detail!!
